Improve With Living and Wellbeing Strategies
Why an article about it? To live a great live, to feel good and to raise your wellbeing will raise your emotional frequency of vibration, which is most important for what you perceive.

To be happy is a decision, which you should not make dependent on anything. When one of your wishes becomes part of your reality, you can be even happier. If you are deressed, you vibrate low and you will not be able to perceive what you desire.
It is as with an old fashioned radio. You look for a channel with rock music. While you are in between two channels, you might hear nothing or get disturbing noises, because you are on frequences where nothing is send. You have to set the radio to frequency where a radio channel sends music. Same is with your frequency of vibration. If you vibrate low, you get the lower part of life. If you vibrate high, you live a better life.
To raise your emotional frequency of vibration you have to be happy and feel good. There is a lot you can do, which you can learn in the free lessons of the Creative Visualization System.
Here are some tips:
When you do not feel so good, do something to feel better. + Get up and get a glass of water. To drink enough water is essential and makes you feel better. Do not drink too much coffee and stop drinking sodas or any sweet drinks. + If the lightning is not sufficient, you don’t feel so good. Switch on more light. Buy stronger light bulb or an additional light, such as a floor lamp. + You need all necessary nutrients every day to feel good. Eat natural food, at least 2 servings of vegetables and one serving of fruit, protein found in meat, fish adn sea food, poultry, eggs, cheese, mushrooms; fat found in nuts, avocado, eggs, olives; good carbohydrates found in vegetables and fruit; sufficient necessary vitamins, minerals and other micro-nutrients found in vegetables, fruit, nuts, eggs, cheese. Stop eating industrially processed foods. + Do some workout. During office hours stretch yourself from time to time and get up and walk a bit. You need break in between.
+ You need something which is joyful every day. Think about what you will do the coming day, which will enjoy you. It can be that you plan a silent evening taking a bath and then reading a book; you might get an appointment for a full body massage after work; you might aks a friend to join you going out for dinner; you might plan a special dinner with the family at home; you might plan a shopping spre after work.
+ Plan your next vacation in advance. Find photos from the vacation resort and put them into your wish video (You learn in the Visualization System how to make one).
+ Think of something whicch makes you feel good. Think back to a moment in which you felt great. Use your happiness stimulus. You learn about conditioned stimuli and how to condition your happiness stimulus in the third free lesson of the Visualization System. Pushing your happiness stimulus will make you feel great in a matter of a second. Use it when needed.
Look for feeling better in your mind and not at the outside. When you see it in your mind you will soon perceive it at the outside.
