Even though competition is dense, one can still find a niche or offer something in addition in comparison to the competitors. Innovative ideas are needed and even ideas can be offered, bought and sold online.

If you want to set up your office at home you need space for it, if possible a separate room . Should the partner also work from home, two extra rooms are needed. Of course also an area in the living room can be used for an office corner, whereby one is probably sidetracked often by other family members. This is one reason why the apartment/house of the future is larger. The home of the future style and functionality are in the foreground.
