Life Plan Change your dissatisfying life into the life of your dream Live as you really want to live
Short, medium and long term plans. Start to determine: 1. The present state of your life 2. How you want to live 2. What you have to change to live as you want 3. How you will change
First determine what you like and what you dislike about your life. What you like is the basis on which you will build up your future. What you dislike will become part of the life change plan.
1. Determine the present state of your life
1.1. Time Management: Your daily and weekly routine regarding time. 1.2. Your knowledge and education level 1.3. Your financial situation, income level 1.4. Your habits. 1.5. What have you accomplished in your life; private and career accomplishments? 1.6. Your emotional state: 1.7. Your physical body, including body, face, hair. 1.8. Your style, image and behavior 1.9. Your relationships
2. Determine what you want in life
2.1. How do you want to spend your day? 2.2. Do you want more knowledge and what exactly? 2.3. Your planned financial situation. How much money do you want to earn? 2.4. Do you want a partner or change or stop an existing partnership?
3. Determine what you have to do to change your present you and your life.
All you have written down so far, all you want to change comes together. You will make a step by step plan for each aspect. This is an important plan. For each aspect you will write down all you have to do to make the change that you have determined above. Some points on your list you will be able to change tomorrow. For certain changes, you need as long as it takes to get used to the change. As it is not suggested to make too many changes at once, you have to decide with what planned changes you want to start. Some other changes on your list you will have to prepare and the change will be accomplished during a longer period of time.
Make a priority list and then a plan what you want to change first and during what time span. What changes will you make in the next specified time span. Making changes step by step is easy and the chance that you will accomplish them fast is big and the chance that you will slap back to your old way of life is less big. To accomplish all your goals and trying to change all at once is very difficult.
Write the answer to all the points of your life change plan on a large piece of paper or on a Excel file and make 4 segments or write each segment on a different sheet or on 4 different word files. - Make one segment for what changes you can start to realize right away. Give it the title: Quick Changes - The next segment is for life changes for which you have to make a habit change. Give it the title: Habit Changes In a next step you will decide which of those habits you will change first and you will make a priority list of all habits you want to change. - The third segment is for changes for which you need to prepare yourself during a longer time span, as for example: education and training, losing a lot of weight, building up your own website or blog and make money with it. Right down how long it will take to change each point on this list. 3, 6, 9, 12 months or more than a year. Give this segment the title: Changes that need preparation - The last segment is for things that build up on one or more other points of your plan, as for example your financial situation or a job change for which you need a certain training. Give this segment the title: Depend on other Changes.
3.1. How do you want to spend your day? 3.2. What knowledge and training do you need for your planned life change? 3.3. What do you have to do to accomplish your planned financial state? 3.4. Habit changes – List of Priorities of Habit Changes You can get support to change habits using hypnosis or subliminal recordings. 3.5. What do you have to do to accomplish in your life what you have planned 3.6. How will you change your emotional state? 3.7. What do you have to do to have your body, face and hair look as you want? 3.8. What do you have to do to change your style and behavior to get a new image? 3.9. What do you have to do to have the partnerships you want?
Prepare your Mind for the planned changes - your life plan When you go to bed, visualize to live the life you have planned to live. Make a mind movie with images that represent the life you want to live and with slides with well chosen written affirmations and watch your mind movie at least twice a day or with the SSA-Program you can have it run constantly on your screen while you work on your PC. A very effective way to make quick life changes. Look at what subliminals might be helpful to accomplish your planned changes. Have a look at what kind of hypnosis and supraliminals might be helpful to accomplish your planned life changes. Decide to sign up for acoaching system, that will support you on your way from where you are now to where you want to be. Have a look what other life changing productsmight be helpful.
4. Put Your Life Change Plan into action
Start to make the changes you have planned step by step. Start to implement what you have planned in the List of Quick Changes and start to make the first Habit Change.
Do not think of all the changes you have planned. You would go crazy. Concentrate on the first changes on your list. Only think of them. After you have accomplished the first change on your list, you do the next. While you do the second change on your list, concentrate on it and do not think of the following changes. Concentration is important.
Be reasonable with the time frame you give to change one aspect. It should not be too short, so that you are not panicking not being able to accomplish the change within this period of time, and it should not be too long, as you might take things to lightly and saying to yourself that you have enough time to do something to make a specific change.
Some aspects of your life change plan might be rather large and you might have to partition them. For example: If you have to lose weight, plan to lose a few pounds during one month and do not think about how much you have to lose and if you will ever accomplish your weight loss goal. Think about how good you will feel when you lose 4 to 8 pounds and not gain it back. This makes losing 1 to 2 pounds in the coming week. This is easy to accomplish and it feels great to accomplish a goal, no matter if it is a segment of a goal or an entire goal.
It is always nice to look forward to something special after having done some hard work. Reward yourself. Write down what you will do when you accomplish your one-month weight loss goal at the beginning of that month. After you have accomplished the goal go for it. It could be buying a new shirt, a magazine you enjoy reading. Do not go for a special dinner or buy some food that you did not allow yourself to eat during that month. It can be a special dinner, but with food you are allowed to eat during your weight loss program. If you have finished a training, think of a present you will get for yourself.
Making changes are not easy and having made a change is an accomplishment. Be proud of yourself when you have accomplished a change.
5. Control the progress of your life change plan every couple of months: Look at your life change plan after half a year and see which of the points of the plan you have realized, which habits you have changed and make necessary corrections.
With the years your plans will change, you will earn more money and be able to imagine a much better life as you are dreaming now and some of your plans, goals, desires and wishes will change with the years.
Plan your life. visualize it, act upon your plans. Like this you will boost your income, attract your dream partner, achieve one goal after the other and fulfill yourself one wish after the other. From the moment your strategic life change plan works out the first time, it will work out faster and easier with each next goal you want to achieve.
It is a universal law that thoughts get into form. The thought that you would like to own a certain car and live in a certain house is only wishful thinking. If you focus your thoughts on the specific car you want to own and the specifique house, you want to own, feel the emotions that go with your dream car and house and whatever you want in life, things will start to change and get into the form of this dream car, this dream house. When you feel the emotions which you will feel when you own all you want in life, your vibration and its frequency will change and this will draw this dream car and this dream house into your reality until you perceive it as real.
Nothing happens, if you only think of it. You also must get active. Make the necessary changes. Think about how you can change and how you can achieve your goals and get active.
Whenever you start to do things as you used to in your “old” life, stop for a moment and think about how you wanted to change your life and then start again and do it the way you have planned your life in your life plan.
How to Fine Tune Your Plans to Change Your Life
How to fine tune plans to change your life shows you not get overwhelmed with all you have to do but to divide it into short time plans to get all done.
If you think about how to plan to change your life to live as you want, you would be overwhelmed. There is only one way to do it and this is to fine tune your plans and divide them into plans of different areas of your life such as professional and financial live and private life and to turn your full plan into a long time plan and divide it into shorter and shorter time plans. Read on to find out how to do this. See more about how to plan your life into detail on Plan Your Life Change.
To plan your life is not done over night. Think that you plan your life for the coming decades. You have written down how you want to live and all you want in your life. You then have gone through your notes and wrote down all you have to change to reach your final goal. At this point you might have thought, will I ever be able to get all this done. Plan your life in sequences, meaning to devide your long time plan into many short time plans, one at a time. Take a sheet of paper for all that has to be done to achieve your professional and financial goals and another sheet for your private goals. Start with your professional and financial goals, because as soon as you have made enough money, you will be able to get most of what you want in your private life and to achieve your private goals.
Go through your list with your professional and financial goals, - give each of the goals a priority - make a note if you need to learn new skills - how long you assume it takes to reach each goal - write down all you have to do to achieve each goal
Make A One Year Plan Go through the list of what you want in life one more time and write down each goal, which you want to achieve in the coming 12 months. If you have to learn new skills, give it a high priority. Then choose some of your goals. Choose goals which are to achieve in 90 days and goals with a high priority.
Make A One Month Plan Go through the list of the one year plan. Do you have to start right now to learn a skill, to have this goal reached at the end of the year? If yes, write it on to your one-month-plan. Go ahead and write down what has to be done at first.
Make A One Day Plan With what should you start? Write down what you have to do to get your one-month-plan done. Think about priorities. What should you do at first? What should follow next? Think about how much you are able to do in one day. In the night before you fall asleep visualize what you will do the following day and how you will do it. If you have to make a phone call, listen to what you will say. Visualize what you have to do doing it better as you are actually able to do it. Doing these visualizations you will work more effectively and you will gradually become better in everything you do.
Your first day of being active to achieve your life change goals Start the first item of your daily to-do-list and fully focus on doing it. Do not think of the next thing on the list, until you have finished the first. Then fully focus on the second item on the list until it is done.
See to it that you are not disturbed. Leave a message on your phone, saying when you are to be reached. Fix a specific time span when you can be called. Fix a specific time span when you go through your mail and your emails. Fix certain days and a time span when you look into social sites.
Make every evening a plan about what you have to do the following day. If you could not get done all on your to-do-list, put these things on top of the to-do-list for the following day.
Get Things done with Daily Planning
“You have a clean slate every day you wake up. You have a chance every single morning to make that change and be the person you want to be. You just have to decide to do it. Decide today’s the day. Say it; This is going to be my day.” Brendon Burchard, Author
Plan in the evening what you will do with the next day and write it down. Make it a habit to write down every evening what you will do the next day. With what you do tomorrow you can make a difference of your life or the life of others. You can get far ahead with the plans to achieve your next goal. You can go together with your family or friends and drive to the next town and bring a change into your everyday routine.
In the morning you have a written schedule waiting for you, which you only have to follow. Have a look and make sure if it is best to stick to the priority of your to-do-list and then start doing the first thing. Full focus on it, don’t think of the next thing you have to do, until it is done. Then go to the next thing on your list.
Like that you will do things quicker and work more effectively. You can get done more and have more leisure time.
If you couldn’t do everything, which you had planned, write it on your to-do-list for the next day and do it at first.
Proper planning is very important. If you want to achieve a certain goal and just work toward it without knowing were you are, you don’t know were you are going and you can get easily side tracked. Planning is the best way to stick to what has to be done.
Proper planning consists of long and short term plans. Write down your goal and the big steps to achieve it. Then make short term plans: What has to be done in advance? What takes more time to get done? Then split all that has to be done into little bits and write everything down. The shortest plans are the daily plans, which you write down every evening.
How would You Plan Your Life with a much Long Life Expectancy
Would you have a life expectancy of 500 years, you would have to plan your life. Life planning can make a big difference in your life today.
The life expectancy is probably growing by three months each year (from the MedicalPress), which is scientifically not proven yet. It says that if scientists find out, how to eliminate the garbage of age in our cells, which might be possible in the near future, we can live hundreds of years.
Let us assume that if you get very old that you look and feel good and that you are able to appreciate your life. Would you be asked if you want to become, let us say 500 years, would you say yes?
You have to take into consideration that if most people become hundreds of years, most people will have to work much longer. It is possible that you will then have to work until your last breath.
It is not enough to enable us to live a lot longer as we are “used” to, we have then to change our thinking about our life. How would you plan your life, would you know that you have a minimum life expectancy of 500 years?
Would you want to have the same profession for 400 years? Day by day doing the same? You might plan to improve, have more education in a specific field which interests you and which you enjoy and become an expert, which enables you to make more money.
Now, take a moment and think about what you would do with your life, would you have a life expectancy of 500 years? You would have to plan it. Life Planning makes such a difference.
