Overwrite Limiting Beliefs

Change limiting beliefs not thinking back but overwriting them with positive beliefs. With this method you will change your life as you want it and get what you want faster.

You have read and I too wrote articles about the “think-back” method, to find limiting beliefs, which you then change replacing with positive ones. Most limiting beliefs have been programmed in your childhood. Your parents and teachers have said something repeatedly, which sank into your subconscious mind and became part of your subconscious programming. The media (TV, radio) are responsible for some of your limiting beliefs and also some of your experiences are underlying limiting beliefs.

Thinking back what parents or teachers have said or what you have heard on TV or radio, which has caused a limiting belief, is not so easy as it sounds. There is a method in psychotherapy, where you are thinking back to a disturbing moment in your life and then you imagine this moment in a way you wished it would have happened. Using these methods you actually wake up old, long forgotten bad memoreis.

It is very difficult to find individual limiting beliefs, which hinder you to make more money, to be more successful in life and finally to become wealthy and happy. There is a more effective and much faster way to change your life as you wish. This method is called the reverse method, meaning to reverse your beliefs right away.


The reverse method to change beliefs is easier to implement, more effective and faster

When you use the reverse method you don’t need to know any of your limiting beliefs.

How does the Reverse Method work?

You think about how you want to live. You then write a script about your dreamlife more or less as a movie script is written. But you can also write in the style of a novel. Of course it does not have to be long. In some cases it can be a one or two page outline.

A) Visualizing You Dreamlife

Then you sit or lay down, relax, and see yourself in your imagination living the life of your dream. You see yourself living the life you really want to live, see yourself in the house of your dream, drive your dream-car, see yourself shopping and buying whatever you want, see yourself go on vacation and live in 5-star hotels and so on. This technique is called visualizing with closed eyes and is an important and effective visualization technique.

To change the programming of your subconscious mind (which is set in your cell information) you have to do or think and feel something you want repetitively. This means that you have to repeat your visualization at least once.daily for several weeks.

B) Do-As-If Method

You implement the “Do-As-If Method”, which is another visualization technique. You live your actual life as if everything has already materialized.

You have to understand that it is your frequency of vibration, which makes you perceive your life in a certain way. If you are changing the frequency, in which you vibrate, your perception will change and this is how your life will change. You raise your frequency, if you change your feelings positively, meaning the way you feel most of the time.

Most people make the mistake that they say, they would feel so much better, if a certain wish would already be fulfilled. Of course nothing happens, because manifestation works the other way round. You have first to feel as if your wish is already fulfilled and then your wish will manifest.

What is the most important factor in Overwritiging lLmiting Beleifs with visualization techniques? It is how you feel! You have to feel as you believe you will fell when you dreamlife has materialzed. So ask yourself how you will will if you live in your dreamhouse, if you drive this great car you would love to own, if you can go on vacation any time and go anywhere you desire.

What else can you do to change limiting beliefs faster? Feel good, feel great, feel terrific and do whatever you can to always feel your best. Do the following several times a day: Sit back in your chair, relax, stretch, breathe severak long breaths and think of something enjoyable and do this in a way as if you are in that enjoyable scene.

So, if you feel great and imagine that you already live your dream life as if everything needed already exists, everything which is needed that you can live your dream life will relatively quickly manifest.


The reverse method is the best way to change your belief system.
