To have the important workout equipment handy can make the change. Having a treadmill stand in front of the TV not only saves you the time you would otherwise loose going to a gym and coming back home. You can use the time you watch the news or a movie to workout. When you just can’t get yourself off from the couch and start with your daily workout program, put a treadmill, exercise bike or a stair stepper in front of your place on the couch, so, that you can hardly see the screen. Like this you might be able to get yourself sit/stan on the exercise machine and since you sit/stand on it, you could easily do some steps and suddenly you`ll start to enjoy it. I can’t swear if you would experience the same as I did many times.
