What is Paradigm
I often hear and read that the word paradigm is used instead of system of beliefs and habits. I am not sure if those people want to shorten several words and use one with the word paradigm or if they just don’t look up what paradigm means. But there is a chance that they see the system of beliefs and habits as a paradigm.
Paradigm can be a distinct concept, which the belief and habit system of one person is surely not. The word paradigm comes from Greek and when you look it up, you will find that it really isn’t a word to use for ‘system of beliefs and habits’. Plato used the word paradigm as the base that created the cosmos. And in science it is used as an example how an experiment has to be conducted.
And today it is used to refer to thought patterns. But the system of beliefs and habits is not really a thought pattern. The thought pattern is only part of it. The thought pattern is a result of beliefs and habits. It can’t be changed by itself. Only beliefs and habits can be changed and subsequently the thought pattern will change.
What do those who use the word paradigm in regard of your life mean? In some way they mean how your subconscious mind works upon its programming. And with paradigm shift they mean that when you change a belief or a habit, something in your system and subsequently something will change in your life. I wouldn’t call this a shift, but rather a change.
Your belief and habit system (paradigm) was formed from the moment you were a fetus. It got deeply embedded in your subconscious mind and is not conscious. If you for example eat at a certain time day by day through several weeks, you will feel hunger at that time, if you don’t eat and you can’t control consciously that you feel hungry at a certain time.
The first two years of a child are most important to form the belief and habit system. To change any of those beliefs and habits is very difficult if you do it consciously and with your will. When you have changed a habit, the hold habit is not lost, it stays in your system and can come forward again any time.
You can’t change your belief system over night and not at once.. You have to change it one by one. To change a belief or a habit is much easier with the support of subliminals. There are subliminal audios and subliminal videos. I belief that subliminal videos are more effective as our subconscious mind understand images much better than words. But in any way, subliminal messages are send to your subconscious mind and are not consciously heard as they are recorded on a frequency which the human ears can’t hear. Your will and effort plus the subliminals will do the trick.
Together with some friends we asked ourselves if there is anything left in us from former lives if we have lived before. I am quite certain that we have lived numerous times before and that there is quite a lot in us, which is still there. Our mind doesn’t die, only our body. The next question was: Could we achieve a life change, if we have a repatriation into several former lives done and find out the reason for some of our beliefs and habits? As repatriation is done in a state of hypnosis, we could have the hypnotist give our mind commands to change a certain belief or habit.
If you use subliminals or hypnosis in combination with your life changing efforts, if you change just one belief or habit you will change your life.
